I had been looking for an extra large laptray for a while - one that would take my 17" laptop without the bevel edges blocking the airflow - and this one is perfect. I thought the steam trains looked ok but I have a lovely picture of my bike and trailer and decided to go down the personlised route! It took me a while to work out how to do it (I'm old and not good with tech) but a couple of emails to Yoosh asking for clarification were answered very quickly and a phone call to confirm that I'd got it right was promptly answered by a human and confirmed that all should be good. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived on the Monday, nicely packaged in an eco cardboard box (no staples or heavy duty tape). I was just so pleased with it when it was out of the box. It is well made with a good cushion underneath, and came with a free gift of a microfibre towel with the same picture on it. It is what I call a result. A lovely product, good customer service and prompt despatch and delivery. A very pleasant experience all round. Thank you Yoosh.
